Rocket Cat games is currently working on a spin off game. They named it Mage Dungeon, but they aren't sure if that will be the official release name. The game will be free to play.

So here's our plan for how the free to play stuff will work:

1. There will be a "Free Class of the Day", rotating daily through all the different characters. You can play the free class as much as you want on that day, no restrictions. Die and retry as much as you want. You can 100% the game by just playing each character on its free day. As we add more classes, we'll probably make it two free, rotating classes per day.

2. When you play the game, you'll find lots of gold coins off monsters and in chests. You can buy and upgrade each character's equipment using these, though rarely you can just find a sword in a chest like in Mage Gauntlet. It'll be kind of like Mage Gauntlet mixed with Super QuickHook, where you can both find and buy things with plentiful gold coins.

3. You'll also find gems from chests, though they're much rarer. Gems let you do a few different things. The first is that gems will let you permanently unlock classes, which simply amounts to letting you play them on any day you want. Second, gems can be converted to coins.

4. Additionally, both gems and coins will let you buy one-game bonuses. There's a bonus type that only uses coins, and a bonus type that only uses gems. The coin-bonus is generally more minor, though not even the gem-bonus will be essential. They serve as coin and gem sinks, if you unlock everything.

5. The game will be supported by IAP. There's only two things you'll be able to purchase. One is gem packs of various sizes. The other is an expensive joke item called the "Rocketcat Party Room", which will be 15 dollars and have a warning before you buy it talking about its utter uselessness.

6. Some classes will be more expensive than others in gem cost. If the game does well, we'll continue to add classes in updates. For the release-day classes, if you beat the game as one, you will generally find enough gems to unlock another release-day class.
